If you can't bring a cat home, you can still become part of their life.
Many of the cats at Artemis House will remain sanctuary residents because of age, chronic illness, special medical needs, or temperament. Sponsorship helps us provide the care, safety, and stability they need for as long as they are with us. See our Standards of Care.

We will share photos and updates so you can follow your sponsored cat’s life, personality, and progress. Sponsors are also welcome to arrange a visit to the sanctuary.

Meet Cats You Can Sponsor
RBG (Ruth Bader Ginsburg)
FeLV-positive and being treated for a chronic URI, Ruth may be tiny, but she has a formidable fighter’s spirit. She now needs major dental surgery that her veterinarians believe may be contributing to her breathing difficulties. We are trying to raise up to $1,600 for her procedure, so Ruth is especially in need of sponsorship right now. (2 years old)

Lola
One of our older sanctuary cats, Lola is a spirited calico with an adventurous, independent streak and a very loving side. She prefers doing life on her own terms, loves dogs, and can often be found roaming the property exploring. If you visit Artemis House, don’t be surprised if Lola is one of the first cats to wander over and greet you. (7 years old)
Mystique
FeLV-positive but thriving, Mystique is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves belly rubs. She is available for adoption to a home that is comfortable welcoming an FeLV-positive cat. (1-2 years old)
Nima
FeLV positive but full of life, Nima is incredibly playful and affectionate, always coming up for pets. He is available for adoption to a home looking for a FeLV-positive cat. (1 year old)
Nymph
FeLV-positive and recovering from FIP, Nymph has already fought her way back from full paralysis. She is still a little shy, but playful and increasingly confident—a sweet young cat clearly making the most of her second chance at life. (1 year old)
Saffron
A true lap cat, Saffron is loving, mischievous, and happiest close to his people. FeLV-positive and recently through treatment for wet FIP, he has been given a second chance at life and is making the most of it. He is available for adoption to a home comfortable welcoming an FeLV-positive cat. (2 years old)
